The Residences at Rodney Square Awarded Maintenance Team of the Year by Delaware Apartment Association

The Residences at Rodney Square received 1st place for Maintenance Team of the Year at the Delaware Apartment Association‘s Best of Delaware Apartment Living Awards this year! The mission of the Delaware Apartment Association is to advance the rental housing industry through education, legislative and informational support, helping members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around them. Once a year the organization celebrates the best of the best throughout the entire state at the Best of Delaware Apartment Living annual awards celebration.
