Can You Make It Out in Time at Exodus Escape Rooms?

June 8, 2017

“Exodus” refers to the journey of a group of people, typically to escape something sinister. At Exodus Escape Rooms in Wilmington, you and your group will work together to break free of the rooms—and the fictional scenarios—that entrap you, all within the allotted amount of time.

Some of the experiences are suitable for kids and adults alike, whereas others are more geared toward one group or the other. The Shawshank room, for example, requires participants to break out of jail—probably a bit beyond the understanding of little ones. But adults will appreciate the challenge of this room, which is packed with clues and mysteries to help achieve the Exodus. The Sorcerers’ Quest, on the other hand, is perfect for youngsters. The room evokes a Hogwarts-esque wizarding school. Its students are facing threats from the Dark Lord and must unearth three ancient treasures in order to defeat him for good. The Pharaoh’s Tomb is great for history buffs, as it instructs participants to sift through ancient Egyptian artifacts in order to find their way out. With three other rooms available, including Criminal Capture: The Zodiac Killer, High School Mystery, and Sherlock Holmes, you can pick the perfect experience for your group. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
