August 23, 2023

In honor of Black-Owned Business Appreciation Month, we are recognizing and uplifting the contributions of Black entrepreneurs and businesses within Wilmington. Below we are spotlighting black-owned businesses within the ResideBPG Play Where You Live Program that we support this August as well as all year long.

She uses a variety of abstract imagery, lines, patterns, and colors to share each individual story within her brush strokes. You can stop in to view the gallery and purchase some pieces at 227 N. Market St, or view her work on Instagram at @lafategallery.
