Cholocate lovers of all ages are welcome to indulge in the annual Wilmington Chocolate Festival this Valentine’s Day! Stop by the Wilmington Public Library anytime from 11 am to 2 pm on Wednesday, February 14, to taste the winning chocolate creations from professional and amateur bakers alike in these four categories: cakes, cookies, candies, and brownies. Admission is $2.00 for adults, $1 for Children, and taste tickets are $0.50 each.
